was there a hole drilled in the clipons?

Put some electrical tape round the clipons

 

There should be a little hole in the clips ons and a locating pin in the switch gear. Shouldn't you have the throttle body on that side not just a grip lol?

You're going to need to pack it off around the clip on. Maybe some rubber would be best? Cut into shape to suit the switchgear.

Well sadly I killed her.lol well made her bleed.dry.so no mot tomorrow left bike on jack forgot.all about it. Got on test.ride in the back well jack went into a coolant pipe and put hole in it

Has the ignition got to be turned on for the remote start to work?

 

Nope but you have to press unarm to turn it off as long as steering lock off you can remote start it jump on and go without using key

So it completely over rides the if ignition barrell and brings lights on etc....
