Well the new o ring came today


It feels different and looks different one on pump is more square flat on edges this one is round yet the part number is correct could it just be wear on the old oring???

Or could it be a redesign as seems it's a common fault

Today I finally finished what I can she runs smooth got a few nuts and bolts left weight loss.I say lol wired the speedo healer up can't test it yet as waiting on new clipons before I put the brake hoses back then it's just a waiting game for fairings so collector needs welding and I have to make a bracket to support the front brake line as no mudguard yet then I can mot her

Mine is LED standard. TYGA conversion kitted, really bright

Haven't a clue what that means, you'll see when it's posted

 

If your running led lights you need to counter the low load and fit resistors as leds have a lower output

Haven't got a chain on it hence fitted that today- I'll go check the front lever now, my lights are permanently on though so cannot see it being a problem. I wired the strobe kit in line to the rear light as the last junction before the light unit itself

 

Turn lights on and press brakes one at a time then both together if it don't work u need a load tesistor
