Again an old episode of aircraft investigation a British bloke was asked to help in the recovery of a plane and he invented a computer programme which estimated the area of the Crash. He nailed it quickly after they had searched for weeks on there own

You still spouting this bollocks, I'm assuming that you're saying with all the technology they have they know exactly where the plane was all along well that's crap like the rest of what you're saying. I think the old saying " a little knowledge is a dangerous thing" applies here.

Got to admit, it would be pretty humerous if after all this they realised the plane had already landed and everyone on board was too busy on their jollies to notice the news about the missing plane....haha.

They can find the plane if they want, the FDR and CVR won't help them at all,if the pilots turned off the transponder, chances are they turned the black boxes off as well.

So what is it they're getting the signals from?

Emergency beacons, this dose not mean the black boxes are on,you can stop the black boxes recording VIA 2 breakers in the cockpit.

So why are all the news reports saying that the pings they were getting are from the black box and on the frequency that the black box transmits at?

That's the emergency beacon, yes the blackboxes locator ebacon is in,dosn't mean they recorded anything after the transponder was turned off,I mean there's a chance the pilot might not of,but if he turned the transponder off then he proberly turned them off aswell.and by turned off I mean stopped them from recording.

This is what happened the plane is still under terrorist demands in the hanger and never took off all the gear for the plane was put on a underfuelled light plane that crashed 4 miles out so it's a wild goose chase that plane never took off in my opinion

It's just something you don't get. Unless you consider helicopter colour a protected characteristic.

it has been said that neither the Americans nor Chinese want to disclose the full extent of their early warning radar systems nor the full extent of their satellite penetration.

Given that, it beggars belief that mature and educated people should mentally block out the true nature of the military systems active all over the world. :bang:

If someone went to the trouble of plotting such a specific course with defined altitudes at different points it begs the question of what was to be gained ....this was certainly not a random act .....
Quoting inmarsat,,, "the data has been refined to narrow down the search area" yet the Chinese and French had previously sent images of debris in the area 4 weeks ago before the cyclone went through the area now being searched but it was pretty much ignored....because it was 700 miles away from where the last of these "pings" was traced to...... A steady drip of misleading information fed to the press and the public. Tidal drift and surface winds at 4 knots would put any wreckage 2, 976 miles away from the impact point by now..(4x24x31) .so how can they find any debris anywhere near where the impact point was? Well possible but only if the aircraft continues to break up under the pressure of the water at 4500 metres.
Some debris "always" becomes neutrally bouyant and remains suspended in the water column neither floating nor sinking and will turn up in time ....

The underwater search capability of the nuclear sub we, and no doubt the Americans and Chinese have in the area will be well able to do what these towed fish "pinger spotters" are supposed to do and with a hell of a lot more power but only our Navy confirmed we had deployed a sub to the area.

historically In every case , every single case , with no exception, where an airliner has crashed into the sea, (not been landed in a river) baggage from overhead lockers, personal possessions and some of the deceased have floated on the surface. It is not possible for a plane to run out of fuel and glide safely and fully intact into the ocean and then sink ....unless.......the altimeter linked autopilot were to be set for about 3 or 4 hundred feet but even then one engine will fail before the other with the resultant wing over and stall....with catastrophic failure of the airframe Resulting in a debris field .

19 ships,, 21 aircraft have searched more than 200,000 square miles and not a single item has so far been recovered yet they find "black boxes" ????

Someone clearly knew exactly where to look .......
Thankfully in future this type of event will be less likely ...........

oh and as for your comment about a little knowledge being dangerous, I have been involved in getting the wreckage of three aircraft out of the sea .... a Lightning from Binbrook, a Harrier from Wittering and an F4 phantom from Alconbury . :)
And was also involved in the RAF asking the Americans to down a Harrier that was armed but crewless heading into the Atlantic shipping lanes in 1979 !

Being sensible, and I know some of you find that almost impossible, MI6 CONFIRMED as getting involved behind the scenes of the plane crash investigation? ,,,,,,, now that's a turn up for the books, and indicates a lot of unreported activity by "secret services" . Hardly a typical accident investigation.

Now it wasnt a UK registered aircraft , had no British nationals on board and wasnt leaving or arriving at a uk destination. But we have declared our Submarine, whos location would never normally be disclosed, Is using its systems to scan the sea bed along
with anti submarine bouys being deployed and monitored by Austrailian aircraft...

There must be or have been some serious threat linked to this aircraft being taken to justify that level of involvement by our government . Why us not the Chinese?
