Going The TT

    Going to book the time off work tomorrow, is it to late to book anything?

    Go for it pal you won't regret it great roads and atmosphere

    Just give your bike a good going over make sure everything as it should be :) take a small tool kits in case plus a litre if engine oil

    My bike needed the chain adjusted oil topping up bits lube on the chain at the end if the day

    Just saves you trying to find other to do it on the rock

    you should get a sailing ok kev..it will be the accommodation that is the problem...camp sites you could well get in, it will be nigh on impossible to get a B and B or guest house. we all book when we are there for the following year. !

    i go the thursday of practice week . most peeps go for the first race on Saturday ,so the ferries are generally full on that friday before. If the Birkenhead ferry is full try the one from Heysham !

    you will have an experience that you wont forget .

    depends on what ya want m8,race wk,practice wk or abit of both,theres sailings from l,pool goin 28may and coming back 2june for 258 quid if ya lookin at just race wk expect to pay abit more than that m8

    Couple of b and bs available £90 a night in douglas and the ferry is £177 return. 28th - 2nd

    if you return on the 2nd !! thats mad sunday !! so you would only see the one race on the Saturday ! im flying in from Liverpool £68 return booked in july last year jet2 .com Easyjet are too dear ...and i do loads of work for them ..!

    ye sorry m8 the 258 is with a pillion,if ya dont mind camping its alot cheaper than £90 and plenty of sites to choose

    :doh: £90 a night Thats taken the piss 'Homestays start at £25 a night upwards.

    u can ring at the end of this month, there be some places, we did that last year, some extra ferries will be put on, and there's always cancellations, spoke to them lest week,

    think im heading over for the manx ive a mate doing his first manx this year so il beable to get a weekend in the pits for free
