From what I've seen it should still be ok with the chance of a shower in the south lakes later on. That can be bypassed though from the rough route planned.

 

Always find this weather service decent. Mainly for the hills but usually accurate and gives you a good idea.

The current forecast looks good enough for me... If it is wetter lakes side, we can bugr off the other way to hartside.. Will make that call in the morning...

 

Yeah latest forecast is saying 20% chance of rain as the day goes on but the morning's <5%... I'll be 2-up with the missus and mate Colin's up for it 2-up with his wife too (doesn't want to get his shiney Bandit wet though!)
