I t must of been that double mooseburger lol, Ive been up the east coast in the van not as scenic as the west but they seemed ok for the bike durness up at the top must be one of the best beaches ive been to in this country ,Ive just got an itchin to do it on the bike and with beaches and views like this all i need is a bit of sunshine,,,,,,,,,,
wheres that last pic mate ????mega interested in heading that way have you tried the island hops ? go to Iona the beaches there are pure white sand its like the Bahamas but without the sun !!! or try the road up to apple cross on a nice day ! you see right over the outer hebrides amazing sights
The last picture was taken at the start of Loch Eriboll comin in from the Tongue end and heading up to Durness,, If you look at the map you have to ride round the loch STUNNING, Not done many islands last one i did was UIG TO TARBERT then ridden up to stornoway and got the ferry over to ullapool , I intend to visit all the islands in time , Went to Applecross a few year ago absolutely Amazing that Applecross Pass ,Picture below is sat in the beer garden of the Applecross Inn BEST views ive ever seen from a BEER GARDEN,
ha ha ha I've had a drink in there too not apple juice either !!! you need a decent day up there ! try riding that pass in the bad weather , you ride up above the clouds ! I've only ever done that at Milau Bridge in france ! the golden gate bridge in San fran and over the futra pass austria to switzerland. you seem to have been on all the best routes in Scotland mate. respect.
The 13 model is exact the same as the 12 apart from a colour change. The HRC one is now available . We had every alde to ride and view from the first model too the 2012 model.. They also brought the cross tourer and Vfr 1200. Was a bit boring really for a bike shoot, but it was paid for so no complaints .
