Scotland?

    Yeh gonna get away early doors Friday morning after work so should make decent time. Going across to Inverness on day 2 so will take a look at Fort Augustus if time is there, cheers.
    More the merrier mate lol.

    Just hope you get the weather mate you will love it . Im gonna do it again next year . Probably head up the east coast to Jog then along the top and back down the west coast luv it up there . Have a good trip .

    how did you find it slower ? i was up weds and thursday with honda , then met my mates fri sat and sun ! glorious sunshine

    more road works than I've seen before though. stopped on the A82 just north of fort william on loch lochy ! a huge Osprey swooped down dive onto the loch and dragged a fish out , was amazing to see

    hope you had a good un and enjoyed the roads.

    Most certainly agree winkmaster some of them roads are awesome and the scenery is out of this world and all on our doorstep really

    Nice pics them Paul ! What the fuk is all that luggage on ya bike ? Did you go for two months ? See that kriega tailback on mine ? That and a kriega 25 rucksack carried me for 6 days .....mind you my undies got a bit crusty after three of em !

    Come on slower .....where's ya pics bud. Get us all jealous. Slower by name slower by nature !

    ha ha ha no i was doing a mag shoot for honda, the fire blade anniversary !! so i had hospitality for three days on their bikes at their expense, then i met with me mates on skye for three days. we stayed in Band B so travelled light.

    respect for camping bud. tough up their in the wild, with bears , wild boar etc and eagles above you your a proper man I'm a wimp !

    I was lucky with the weather that week although on the last night i stopped
    In a hostel at fort Augustus and it was bliss.Gonna do it again next year

    Thanks for recommending the "Road to the Isles" fom Ft William to Mallaig Wink. It was fucking awesome, did it twice :D . Caught me out a couple of times though!

    Fuckin mint road outside Ullapool, like the TT mountain but no one there

    My own little cabin in Ullapool, just a shame there were no drugs and hookers supplied

    Didn't take any more after that, fuckin charger packed up lol. Next stop was Wick the next night, was due to stop another further down in Aviemore but forecast was torrential so hit the road early doors and rode home, I fucked when I got back, lifted off the bike lol.

    Highlight was defo the A830 and also the A82 through Glencoe.

    Had a speeding ticket come through since from the A68 coming down from Edinburgh lol, f*ck it was great fun, had a blast. Europe next year.

    Stop at the burger van at the top of the hill? I would defo do Scotland again possibly up to john
    O groats and along the very top good campsite along the top at thurso .Were abouts in Europe you thinking of doing ?

    jeeez paul did you eat all the burgers or is that wind in your over suit ? lol

    the best way into John o groats is from the west , the road up from Inverness is a bit boring the odd bend on it is ok but mainly crap , in all honesty there is sod all there ! just a tourist info place, a disused hotel and a bloke stood next to a pole who charges you £10 to have a pic by it !
