Different thing. No breath test on a push bike. You can have 10 pints and so long as you are still in control you havent commited an offence. However being drunk riding a bike or even pushing one ( drunk in charge ) are offences that if prosecuted carry a decent fine! My mums uncle was once prosecuted for it after cycling into a dry dock in liverpool!
Firstly you dont drive a bike you ride it,secondly you cant be done for drink riding on a mtb and finaly i only have to cross one road to get to the pub the rest is off road oh and another finally im a fuckin urban hooligan so i dont care
