Need a good clean and dusting over in satin black, few studs need putting back in too but apart from that they're good to go.

Still delayed on my cylinders from the US, bit pissed off but not much I can do.

Got some neat little bits in post

Pingel high flow dual outlet fuel tap to fit my RS125 tank, standard one wouldn't flow enough to feed this motor

Billet In line thermostat with take off for temp sender

It is a lovely looking thing... How much are you going to charge for us all to have a go when it's done? :)

Hahaha I think I'd be too paranoid letting anyone near it.

Needed to make the effort tonight to spur me on a bit
Threw the seat and tank on again

Pingel high flow tap fits nicely with enough room to get me grubby fingers in :)

Lol, I said it in jest... You don't want to let everyone have a go... That'd be crazy... Just me :)

Ignore the tatty subframe, still needs a fair bit of modding.
Pleased with how neat the sprocket and carrier turned out, it's not that obvious but it's had a hell of a lot of work to fit the mito swingarm.

That's it for now, ready to have its pipes made. Anything that could potentially be in the way is fitted so it can be designed around. Taking it to Kenny @TSA this Sunday.

Thanks matey. Massive milestone will be when it's had pipes made and fitted up. Cannot wait for that

    Something to consider...

You're going to own a fairly unique and very special bike, which means a great deal to you, but also to those who can see the work, dreams and beauty of what you've done... But I think you need to start preparing yourself...

You'll be proudly talking about it at a bike meet to some power ranger with a generic IL4 jap bike who's only ever owned three bikes in his life and spent more on his exhaust system than petrol and tells everyone in the office how fast he is... And with all blissful stupidness he'll just be waiting for you to stop talking so he can point out that his is faster...

You may be a calm person... If not we need to find a legal loophole of how to deal with that inevitably, lol

Haha I know it'll probably attract a lot of attention, some unwanted. At the end of the day this is going to be something totally different and people will either get it or have no idea. I'm normally pretty good at cutting down idiots anyway so I'm sure I'll be fine ;)

I've got a generic IL4 bike myself, as good as it is it's not special, hence why I'm building this!!

Still not decided what cans to go for, normally fancy carbon but I've read they can fall apart from the vibes of a big 2 stroke and Kennys ally cans are lovely...
    What yous reckon?

hmm, that's a tough one... Usually I like carbon too, but not sure with a two stroke's smaller end cans if silver looks better?

I'm not sure what bodywork you're getting, but can you not get under the seat exhausts?

Probably but it'd mean quite long stingers to get the silencers under the seat which would probably look a bit shit. Was planning on having both up one side gp style not like the ones in the pic
