    I don't know case law on this kind of thing but I've dealt with many dozens of civil and employment cases. I will guarantee that you won't win a legal case on the car not being fit for purpose on the strength of your I phone not working with the music system because there are alternatives for the same music.
    However I think you do seem to have a decent case for irrevocable loss of trust and faith in BMW and the dealer and therefore breach of contract.

    I'd suggest looking on the car/motoring forums for a solicitor who's done this type of work, a lot of solicitors wouldn't take this.

    First world problems. :p

    Also, I bought a nice BMW once, as did 3 of my friends - they cost us a fortune in repair bills and everything went wrong with them.
    Japanese is the way forward.

    Drive the 1 series and give Karen the 3 series, double bonus, you get a blow job and also get to listen to your music..

    Go and see a bloody solicitor and stop stressing!!!

    And don't get a Diesel, go petrol, and have super reliability.

    I just sold my Toyota Supra the other day, I got it with 80k on. And I sold it with 270k on it.
    The parts I replaced in 6 years;
    1x Battery
    1x injector seal.

    That's it, apart from tyres/oil/breakpads etc.

    Cheapest and most reliable car I have ever owned.
