just got it today, got along list of things to do, all cosmetic, well almost.
    brakes already upgraded.
going to try and get as many photos as possible on.
    Job to do:
-fit fairings, to hold my weight.
    -new exhaust
    -underseat exhaust
-lose some weight off the bike (easier said than done)
-new air filter, and new jets in carbs
    -get road legal (daytime MOT)
    -crash protection.

so plenty of jobs to get on with, so fair i have only roughly fitted fairing, going to do more each day.

    todays update:

went to start it and for some reason would not start :(.
so ended up taking tank off, airbox off and carbs.
cleaned the carbs, rebuilt and still no luck, so going to try plugs 2moz.
    then get back to fairings.

done some proper work on it yesterday, changed all spark plugs. £30 for the set, robbing b***ards.
built it back up ran it for a little while, and then had a little go. was very uncomfy on metal work, haha.
decided i am going to make a wooden seat/battery cover to support the fairings, only made the first draft of it, still got some fine tuning to do.

took her for MOT today, failed on 2 items.
    - throttle was sticking, new cable or alot of lube
    - front brake was touching fairings at full lock, 2 choices, either adjust it or put some stops in.
have 2weeks (10 working days to get it sorted and retested)
even have a newish set of tyres to get fitted :)

    some more photos:

with the front brake m8 you could drop the clip-ons a bit lower... might help you tuck in a bit better?
or trim a bit off the fairing with a dremel... assuming its just the m/c it's touching.
with my firstorm, i welded a 8mm nut onto the lock stops on the bottom yok to remove the trap point between bars & tank - it reduced the lock slightly but not that you'd notice on the track.

might be an idea to shim the throttle tube as well (see quick action throttle mod thread) will be well handy when you're racing it

made it back it one peice, bike didn't :(.
did 2 days in the end, first was only my 2nd track, so went for inters, was good, managed to get past a few people around gerards.
    was lapping around 1.04/5.
then 2day i went out in the fast group, what can i say they are fooking rapid, towards the end of the day i was get 1.03/4 consitantly.

managed to bin it round gerards, was following 2mates 1 on a gsxr100k5 and one on a 636. so wasn't hanging round, been getting it pretty quick for the past 2days,
previous session i touched exhaust down on gerards. did the same but unsettled me alot more this time, ended up sitting up slightly, before i knew it was on grass at 100mph plus, with no chance of getting back on track, tried to slow down wasn't happening, so i had to think quick tyre wall or lock back end up and low side.
decide on low side, few scuff marks to the leathers, no injuries to me so its all good :).

    bike damage:
    scrapped/dented exhaust
    snapped bar (right)
    snapped foot rest (right)
scuffed race fairings, odd crack nothing major.
    smashed screen
front master cyclinder is leaking but was only loose nut (going to replace)

proper crazy track sessions with a bsb bike.
it was weird the friday only had 43people there in all 3 groups, saturday had about 125.
overal was a good 2days, but did go through 4 knee sliders, 3 right and 1 left,
a right boot, the toe has almost gone right the way through, went through 5mm of metal 2mm of plastic and leather all in the first day.
need a small zip replaced on my leathers wrist.

will get video posted pretty soon
