Who knows I'm not sure but there was more than 3 bikes, as long as there's no fine heading my way though. It would be ironic if there was as I'm probably one of the slower riders on the whole.
yep i can share this power of vision easy .. i show you the basics then its up to you . i take you back to slow speeds and show you where and what info to look for, the faster you go the quicker the info comes at you and the quicker you have to teach your brain to digest and deal with it . cost ? to you sir... the std IAM skill for life fee of £139.00 and you would learn alot more than just forward observations.
so....just to clarify this , where abouts on the A65 was this situated ? it must have been somewhere before the bentham turn off and from where you joined the main road (A65). i recall someone saying ,think it was eddie, you joined by the settle turn off ? and then you rode up past the lakeland birds of prey place ,which is on a long open left hander, this leads to a straight nearly a mile long , with a layby in !!! is this where he was ? they do park up there.
it was at whinney mere lane where it crosses the a65 about 6 miles short of devils it was appx half way from where we joined the a65 Sent from my GT-I9305 using Tapatalk 2

thanks eddie we came out about a mile up the road from this on Bentham road , so if you was riding with Cj and Moi you wont be getting a ticket on that road for sure HOWEVER...as stated on that road it is always marked by police cameras...ride safe Eddie, jen and wardy,, if you look at the link CJ posted showing where the speed cameras where , look at the postings for scarborough..this is where they will be at the gold cup meeting with out a doubt ...keep your speed down
next course is in March 2014 we already have three on it !!! only take ten . i was not joking, the first thing we do is get you lifting your observations we give you a demo over the radio ,while riding behind you and we will say something like ..."ok. left hander coming up , im moving over to position three, i have spotted a caravan around the next two bends ahead and will adjust speed and postion to deal with this hazard....the instant and fast reply is " what fuking caravan????"
