The simplest route on "L"s is leave Stockport on the A560 passing through Cheadle heading for Altringham. The sun will be behind you.
The A560 will take you to the A56, where you need to turn left. The sun will be to your left front and you will start up hill.
Over the top down the other side to a large, busy, fast multi-lane roundabout , be sure to be in the right hand lane as you need to turn right to stay on the A56. The sun will be behind you.
First set of traffic lights (which is a way) turn left and follow to the end. The sun will be left front
At the end turn right onto the A50 and the sun will be behind you.
Follow the A50 to the first roundabout and turn left and immediately bear right into the service.
At the mini roundabout turn left and bear left into the first bay and you should see a cross-section of leather clad "beings".
Suggest you do either a practice run today or a street view run before your leave.
