"The Tyre Doctor" I destroyed my new tyre in Scotland in just 4 days.....what does that make me "The Tyre Patient"
Its a 120/70, but that is what it says in the manual.............you have me thinking now wink, ive been all over the f'in place with that pressure in...................and when I bought it from Clay Cross that's what was in it.......Oooooer missus
Well it had me a bit worried but Ive been on Kawasaki websites, sportmax, Dunlop, michellin, and continental, and they all say 42 front and rear..............and so does my manual...........Phew!!!
36 front 32 rear a bit more in the rear with a pillion., 42 must be solid as rock and would of thought it would wear out quick
No ........it just says ride smoother...no agressive acceleration or heavy braking into the bends and you would have got ....5 days lol
Just a thought here. Dunlop d207s are a pretty old tyre. i swapped to a set of them on a zx6r in about 2000! Id be tempted to have a little look on the sidewall for the manufacture date. You would be amazed at the difference modern rubber makes.
