Hey guys just booked my theory for the 27th and just wanted some advice Mod 1 to follow and new bike too. (inb4 looking for stopped cars)
Get the dvd and if you spend a few hours on on it you definitely wont fail. Unless youre a numpty lol
Just take your time and make sure you understand the question before you answer it and you will be ok its not a race good luck lad
Just get the highway code and the dvd. Some people are good at the theory and others are good at the hazard awareness, just make sure you understand when your clicking etc
Very true. Review all your questions before you submit and you'll be surprised that you may have selected an incorrect answer by not reading the question slowly and carefully the first time.
I've done a few practice papers and i pass with about 45-47 correct but i think it's the hazard perception that will get me.
hazard perception ,you can practise online …when you see a hazard press the button…..hazards can be moving or stationary …you will be fine mate, just practice and study and dont put shell petrol in again
As above, DVD is crucial to pass hazard perception. Biggest piece of shit ever, but if you dont click the mouse in the right place you will fail. Questions just do them again and again and you pick it up very quickly!
Yeah I've been teaching my self to click one second after noticing the hazard as I know you can fail for "noticing to quickly"
Genius , can't believe I did not think of this in the first place, do you also write fortunes for fortune cookies?
People pay huge sums of money to hear this type of good advice. I've given advice free this time, but next time I'll have to charge
Practice makes perfect, i got an app on my phone for it, had 800 plus questions, after a few days practicing them i got all 800 odd questions right in one go. Questions like this can be tricky: Q. In wet conditions what is the correct way to brake? A. Front brake only B. Rear brake only C. Front and back brake together D. Use the back of a parked car to stop against.
Ah I have had that one before, I think I'm right (I think!) in saying we are told to use rear wheel but according to the test it's both. what app is this?, sounds like it's worth getting.
I've got my car theory test tomorrow. I've got the CD which does both Bike and Car, I'll let you know how I rate it after my test..
