alright chris, as promised i went to his "workshop" security camers all over the place etc lights etc, rang bell three times no answer, hammered on door no answer, waited outside around 30 mins . I left a note saying i was interested in some zx9 parts and would he ring me on my number. ten mins later i get a text message " what parts do i need? " so i rang the number, which is different from the two on his website !!! he answered and i told him what the problem was, he said his internet connection had been down for two months and had not been able to sort it!! In all honesty he did seem and sound"ok" he suggested for you to ring him with the tank delivery address etc and he will sort it out st away , ring him on 07967167188 his name was john any further probs let me know its five mins from mine . i do think he will sort it for you now though
You,my friend are an absolute fecking star :thumbsup: I will pass this info on now, would imagine my mate will also want to pass on his thanks, we must meet up at somepoint so I can buy you a pint or some chips ot BOTH !! lol :goodjob: Cant tell you how refreshing it is to know someone has gone out of there way to help a fellow biker out. chips !!!!!! as in casino chips !! lol it was no trouble at all , most people on here are decent down to earth guys and im sure would have done the same if it was in there area . keep us posted , have a bit a faith in him he did sound ok , Its not the type of person i would recommend dealing with looking at his website and set up etc cos first impressions count, having said that he could quite easily be a top guy and is trying his best to sort it thanks for your nice words not too much salt and vinegar lol
He is almost defo the dodgest guy ive ever delt with an he tried that internet sh*t on me when i bought somethin off him think hes just a bit weird Also just becareful with wat ya buy as some of his stock is lets say less than authentic
Sorry peeps but if it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck then it's probably a duck... The website is cheap and nasty. The email is a free hotmail address. There are two different mobile numbers on there, neither of which he's using. He's not providing goods paid for until the buyer has gone to extraordinary lengths to make contact which he appears to be either avoiding or at least not ensuring is easy. Ok his internet may be down. I've been there before. But unable to access his hotmai email address? No-one else he knows - family, friends, neighbours - who have internet he could use temporarily? sh*t - if it was my business I'd pop down the library or internet cafe once a day to check my hotmail! So neither of his two mobiles are working I suppose, as well as his internet? As well as having no landline he can use for his business? Sorry but not convinced. It could well be an unfortunate coincidence of events, true, however the most likely explanation is usually the correct one. I for one wouldn't use him now I know what I do.

Agreed with all the above comments, fecking lame excuse but thanks to Winkmaster my mate has now been in contact with the chap and he a promise of the goods in the next day or 2 so fingers crossed for now !!!
i think you have to be very careful with that from a legal point of view... it's one thing praising a store / dealer / garage when youre happy with their service, but you enter a world of sh*t when you start slating someone's livelihood... we did see over on the firestom site, a couple who were advertising bling parts for firestorms... the must have bits like rear sets, 19L tanks, baglux goodies etc... none were forthcoming despite money changing hands. they got proper hrrangued for their dodgy dealings and came up with every excuse... despite offers to collect in person and requests to return money, they threatend legal action and were in turn threatened with a good hiding.. they were private individuals who obviously didnt reckon for the power of the biking community and the fact that there is always someone just round the corner who is more than willing to come & knock on your door lol! bit different with traders though....
Good job winkmaster!! Now for your next assignment. Lol. Could you pop to a guy in conwyn that tried to sell me a s&@t heap of a bike last week. It was not what the add pimped it up to be. And i travelled all the way there aswell. Asshole! So you do get them.
Still no tank im affraid ..... Seller is not responding to texts or phone calls ... Im getting angry now :x
