Chris. I live in southport and I'm well known in the bike circles, I have not heard of this dealer/shop/supplier before ? What did you buy was it for a road bike ? There is a little shop opened a while ago on Bold street but he is mainly a moto cross shop. What's the phone number you have. I will know the area of the shop by the number

The picture in the track day section of the corona Suzuki used to belong to and poss still does , a guy called quinny from CQ performance in southport Suggestion ! .......ring quinny 01704 563339 at his garage. Don't make assumptions until you know the facts. That might be where he works from, or he might just be another biker with a self-built bike garage on the side of his house. He may have genuine reasons for not being contactable too - emergency, illness, accident, etc. etc. so whilst I understand your frustration always give someone the chance to explain before going in heavy-handed. Trust me - it's better to bite your tongue for a short while initially whilst you establish the facts than have to eat a big slice of humble pie. You'll feel a right tw*t if you go in kicking off and then find out there's been some sort of tragedy...
