just logged onto site and seen there are 9 members and 16 guests viewing the forums...it's 4.07 in the morning fercrissakes what are we all doing? I am nearly at the end of a 10 hr night shift 21.00 - 07.00 and its gone a bit quiet ( shouldnt say that out loud, those in the know will know why). but what are you doing?
Been on 2-10 woke up at 0400 can't sleep at all. Worse when I'm on nights, think I get about 4hrs if I'm lucky
Up at 2 and 5 mile cycle to work for 3.15 start... Currently sat on Scarborough sea front with a lorry full of Pizza Hut, burgerking and pub food in the back.. Should be home for 4.30 ( if I'm lucky )
up at 7.30am in work for 8.30 am finish at 12.00 am 5 days a week . shit money though, but money ain't everything .

Become the norm for a lot of people lately! Refuse to pay us after 60 hours as well just to top it off!
the company claims they can't afford to pay, yet our operations managers hit us with a big stick if we dont put in the big hours. The whole company is dying.
+1, except client is an 18 month old who doesn't like sleeping for more than 3 hours at night without wakening up and crying, and runs around the house from 7am till 9pm with a 1 1/2 hour break at lunch :sleep:
