This is ben's vid ...my chaz was with him, and saw the whole thing...triple r totally smashed up..the lad is ok tho

Did the car stop?

 

The tosser stopped asked if he was ok...them pissed off...chaz took a pic of his number plate..rang the police.. looks like the
lad had concision as he hit the wall with his head, he went off to the hospital

 

The car just drove away.... can the guy who got knocked off use this vid as evidence or does the vid show Bens speed and could bugger himself if the vid is shown to pod??<br /><br />Sent from my Galaxy Tab2 on the bog

 

Careful with the video... If the police want the clip, no doubt they'll want the whole memory card... I followed them up the tops earlier on. A chopper of some sort nearly wiped me out and ran up the back of them when they slowed to pass a cyclist, and on my way past the reservoir I found myself head on with a K1600gt who was straying on to the wrong side of the road... Thankfully I had room to avoid. It is a nice road to get some photos along...

it was a street triple r 3 months old

 

As you can see he was overtaking the car, then the car overtook at the same time...thats how fast a car can wipe you out

 

fuckin hate that road. its got to be the shittest road around here.
way too many people on it for such a narrow road and the cagers dont give a fuck.
the surface has been totally bolloxed for yers and gets worse every year.

stay off it ffs before someone gets proper hurt or worse.

we had the roads to ourselves today.
get out on some proper roads and leave that goat track to the nob heads in cages.

 

Spot on. Never bother going up there now, not been for for ages.
Mate lives over that way and say's the surface is still deteriorating, piss poor.
Said mate called at barn last time he came to meet me, told one group we was heading up lakes, over yorkshire way or possibly up scotch. They looked at him like he had two fucking heads, utter disbelief we were actually doing some miles lol.
Won't get my bike out the shed to go over there.

Hope the guy is OK. The vid shows the clear responsibility of the driver. Is anyone in touch with him?

 

Me, chaz and a guy on an R1 (may be a new member soon) where stood on the grass about 50 metres or so from this. Heard a bang and turned around to see the guy and bike bouncing off the wall.

The car stopped and the driver did exchange details and hung around for a bit, personally if I was him though I'd have atleast waited for the ambulance to turn up.

Not saying cyclists shouldn't be on the roads but I've got to say, they don't help as cagers get stuck behind them, get impatient, then do silly stuff like this just to gain back the few seconds of their life they have lost.

About the guy, I think chaz found him on facebook :lol:
