Smudge, we all go through difficult times one way or another, its what makes us who we are. I personally love your comments and passion for biking, you often put a smile on my face which can only be a good thing. Look after yourself and your young ones ,stay passionate and enjoy life and all that it throws at you because it does get better and better. As a bloke I know only to well it can be difficult to ask for help, we are supposed to be providers, strong all the time and know everything but I think with your statement you have made an opening gesture as to looking for help. Please follow it up,doctors, citizens advice AA whoever you think can help and if the 1st port of call isn't for you don't give up. My Mrs is involved with a lot of care work and support so if you need any advice or just a chat feel free to PM us and we will help where we can.
hard as it is you need to use the support services out there to find new ways of dealing with life's stresses hun. Life is never going to run completely smoothly it's how we deal with our problems that counts and as I am sure you realise usung alcohol as a crutch is a short term fix that creates a longer term problem and in theend you still have to deal with whaever it was that made you fall off the wagon in the first place. IF you are not already in a support group AA or DART or similar I would recommend getting there those 10 step programmes really work if you are serious about wanting to get over your dependency issues
I think that's the problem I got back on it as when I stopped taking meds and Alchol support team transfered back to doctor I didn't follow up with AA Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
