Just take some time out smudge ... Get some pro help mate , lots of advice free given at proper places , they say when you know you have a drink prob ,half the battle us won ....chin up mate
i'd rather have your drink problem than mine!! not been out on the piss since august bank holiday 2010!! all my spare money goes on petrol but i would kill to get bladdered jokin apart mate admitting you have a drink problem is the 1st step to recovery.

Rather than rant on and on or shower you in sympathy i will simply say this. You've told us you have your kids living with you. If they aren't a good enough motivator to get sober then nothing ever will be. Cos at some point its gonna come down to a choice between them or the booze.
