My new Rev n Rip Custom, it'll be fast and very cool and hopefully built and finished next Month. I will keep adding pics as it goes along & maybe my Dad wont harrang me so much as it will be a chopper lol sorry Dad I couldnt resist :thumbsup: aperbag:

 

Should be fun when it's finnished would look alot better with proper forks on it maybe some usd's of a pit bike would fit it

massive forks on the front would raise the front loads and make it look awsome... tbh can see why you have choosen this isntead is it still a 50cc tho?

 

Its gonna be a 50 with a 70 kit, tbh I allready have the engine its just a case of building an electrics box hiding the wiring within the frame & getting a cool seat.

well daz its a step in the right direction , though still a scoot, don`t know where i went wrong, never dragged you up to be a scooter tart, but hey if thats the way youve gone, ive got a fat bob fender and some other gear we could mount on it , put a patch seat on the fender for your arse, sorry son could not help that one :thumbsup:

Its now in my garage & heres my list of bits to do

Front & Rear brake lines, defo braided.
Twin or single head light pref Halogen.
Fabricate a headlight bracket
Speedo & bracket LCD type would be cool.
Fit the Loom
Fit some feet forward pegs
Build an electrics box under the seat
Fit an ignition
Find a suitable seat
Strip the engine
New Crank
Big end & Conrod
Big Bore kit 80cc inc Piston
Stage 6 induction Kit
Race exhaust
Race filter
Malossi Variator
Kevlar Belt
Gear up Kit
Finally Powder coat the frame, Tank, Electric Box in Matt Black & Do the wheels in White.

If anyone has any parts that they think might work get in touch.

 

daz have a look at them streetfighter flyscreens with built in headlights & indicators on m+p webby.... theyre very good for not many quids

 

Im watching Martins project with some delight as its my old bike but Im amazed at how much more is possible, so Im well on with mine. I have a spare engine which is now in peices and Im getting all the cases cleaned so they look like new at my mates engineering place as they have all the gear.

Joe is gonna do some welding and grinding for me this saturday so that the frame and tank can be powdercoated in mat black.

One thing is for sure and thats I am not gonna allow Martins Pug to be quicker than mine so whilst Im not entirely sure what the engineering is behind what hes doing Dave Wood does so he's setting it all up :thumbsup: .

tbh daz, on the engine, i think with the amount of work you need doing to get the engines competitive you'll pay a fortune for someone else to do it.
why dont you have a look what mine goes like when its done i'll port yours the same.
you need at least a 24mm carb tho bud. ideally 29mm but it will only do 30mpg lol.
then use the dyno to check the fuelling & do a power run.

i wouldnt trust him tbh bud... if he set this one up, the piston & head was black as fk!
not just saying that i mean seriously, i dont want u to spend a lot of £ then be disapointed when mine leaves u in a cloud of cassy r lol
