lst time i got into push biking first thing i noticed was i shat like fk for weeks....
apparently its cos your digestive system works a lot better when youre moving around and excersizing than just sitting round doing fk all.
mustve been full of shit lol!
that and giving up beer (especially lager) i lost loads.... put most of it back on lol but i was 17stone and still at 14 so happy daze lol.

mate went for a colonic irrigation sesion - someone bought it him as a joke but it took 1/2 a stone off him and he said he felt loads better for it....

if you want to lose weight real quick daz i suggest you eat a wormy dog turd and give yourself a tapeworm.
you'll look like elliot in a few weeks lol! :p

Knock off the asprin. I have type 2 diabetes and when initially diagnosed was advised to take asprin to reduce the risk of stroke. Now advised NOT to take it as the long term ill effects it can have on your stomach are greater than any benifit you could get by it thinning your blood.

Good on yer Daz. Keep up the effort. It will be worth it.

Good lad Daz !! I'll love ya however you look but you'll feel great WHEN you see it through and ive no doubt your energy levels will be much higher. I have no doubt you'll do it now, just keep thinking positive and like mentioned, the trick is to treat yourself every now and then. You dont wanna end up hating the 'diet'. If you ever want an intensive weekend sometime come stay at mine. 6am starts, porridge for brekky and we'll ride MX, MTB and il even take you training thai one night ;)

Also another good point above is the importance of purely cutting crap out of your diet. Refined carbs (stodgy pasties, pies, white bread etc) are bad, as is excess sugar (BEER!) ... i'd start with those and slowly whittle down the food itself to good stuff
swimming will do the bizz too, as long as your burning calories, you're winning ... keep hydrated and monitor your progress

    Good luck mate ! :)

If you've got a smartphone, I use an app called "MyFitnessPal" which tracks all of my calorie intake and how many calories I burn when doing various things (Walking, Weight Training, Bike Riding etc)

Free and it's pretty good. You can even scan the barcode on your food and it'll automatically put in all of the nutritional information in.
I'm yet to find a food it doesn't work with! Even registers Sainsbury's own brand teabags :D

Ive recently dropped from 15 and a half stone down to 13.9 with some work in the gym and a slight change in diet in 12 weeks!

Good luck to ya :D its not easy at the start but once you start seeing/feeling the benefits it will only push you on further!

Personally ive avoided supliments as I wanted to do things naturally.
