Love your Bonny matey, have a real soft spot for them. I have one of the last Meriden T140's.Tried putting up a pic but im poo with computers duuuurrrr!!! :help:
sweet mate. love the bonnie  did you do all the work yourself? hopefully get to see it up close at some point. holy sh*t! lol
Unfortunately i can't take credit for it all lol. It was built in the main part by a bloke I work with. I bought it off him cause he was getting bored n threatened to chop it up n do something different with it. Lol. But I just couldn't let that happen. He is in the process at the mo of cutting up a trophy n making a cafe racer out of it.
I'll have to do that for him lol. He believes computers r only good for buying parts off eBay etc lol. I doubt he is on the triumph forum for much the same reason lol but he should be - he is a total trumpet nutter.
I recently got round to uprating the jets and fitting a free flow air filter so thought id put some pics up i took during the job. She is running amazingly and is breathing better with plenty of grunt lol.
While im at it. here are some pics of the cafe racer jon is in the process of building out of a trophy. I for one cant wait to see the finished product!!
My mate finally finished his cafe racer project i posted work in progress pics of in here. Here is the finished product
Also i finally got round to making some mods to my bonny - Major redesign of the front end was needed. HAd to get rid of that stoopid sheild thing. SO to sum up - New headlights, new speedo, new indicators and new pegs. Oh and nearly forgot the retro gators. Just need some reto flat tracker tyres - im thinking knobblys lol.
Well the bonny has now gone all thruxton. Decided i needed a pillion for the other half and what better way to achieve it that turn mine into a thruxton lol Im loving it.
