First bike was a little tt600, followed by my xb12s which i loved but when i layed eyes on a mates bonney i just had make the change n go for something a little different for a while.

The buell was an amazing laugh (albeit agricultural - and a pig to work on)but i am loving the bonny and dont regret making the change at all, i was concerned that i would miss the speed but i have found that i can still get into more than enough trouble on the oil burner lol.

I've not been a big fan of Buells, but I agree with Vvtr, the Bonneville is gorgeous :D

Thanks lads. I think the draw of the buell was purely the sound and giggle factor but i soon realised that living with one was a different thing all together - i just found that nothing was easy (or cheap).

I am loving the bonny, totally different riding experience. Oh and it sounds even better than the buell lol.

The TT was a great little bike.

I got it as i had not long passed my test n wanted something bigger than an ER-5 (Which i put up with for a few months) but didnt want to get abused on the insurance so decided to steer clear of the jap 600's. OK so the TT was arguably slower than my mates GSXR600 but that was only straight line (Bravery in the corners made up for it lol).

The only reason i got rid was that a lad in the group i was hanging out with had a buell and i loved the noise (Also being a short arse i liked the idea of a 1000+ cc bike i could fit on) so i went n got one which i also loved but didnt like the maintenance costs. Also for some reason i was too scared to attempt diy maintenance which noremally isnt a problem for me to whip the spanners out.

Nice, i have always fancied an sv1000 - something to do some serious mileage on. The seat on the bonny doesnt lend itself to long distance or bumps

    Hi kev.

It's an 07 t100 850. All that's been done so far is the back end chopped off n replaced with the Harley back end (xr750). The clocks n light etc have been replaced (digi dash n oval shaped headlight.). It's also had a set if wassel pipes fitted (sound amazing)

I have got the uprated jets to fit along with a free flow air filter. So hopefully that will help her breathe properly. hoping to do that while the weather ain't so good.

Oh yeah n she has had the paint redone - originally was a horrible purple type colour lol.
