Policeman told me off saying it took years yrs for it to grow, resisted boring him with the life cycle and said 'it'll be reet more will grow'. The life cycle of a fern however is interesting - Male and female plants requiring dark, warm and moist, lubricated conditions for them to get it on!!! :bleh:
