Guys have you seen what ive seen on the satelite pictures? They have put that super grippy stuff down on the road, Im not saying it would have made any difference but they have put it down after a fatality!!
I will probley meet you lot at the raven, agree with the smaller groupa thing, this doesnt want to turn into the stadard issue welsh tt, steady with no incidents
Since my hands still not working properly, i'm not able to get on my bike, therefore i've made other arrangements this weekend. I will be thinking of you all, of Martin & his family on Sunday & the 15th. If it's anything like last years rideout, i'll be missing a great day, i hope you all have a good, safe day.
The shell-grip was there on the day, if you go into street view, you can tell that it's been down for about 2 years. I was planning to pull over on the right in the lay-by, there should be enough space without us getting in the way.
I made the arrangements last weekend mate, not sure i can get out of them really, its to do with our racing next year. Going pillion .... you offering ??
not yet mate, doing work on house still. either meet at top of your (our!) estate or haydock if you are going.
I've got the hospital appointment tomorrow, it's still in the plastic split, very swollen, sore & can feel the bone move still, so hopefully the hospital will be able to do something about it tomorrow or tell me how long it'll take to fuse. Thanks for asking hun
I've added the event to the calendar. Feel free to use the RSVP feature to get a figure of attendee's: http://www.northwest...-memorial-ride/
i'll hopefully be up for this one as long as we don't get any overtime this weekend. is knutsford services further than the lymm services down the m6??
yep, its about another 20 miles down the M6. or there is a nice ride down the a49 / a559 from warrington.
Haydock island meet like last year sounds like a good plan, there's a fair few from St helen's, liverpool like that might find it useful :smurf:
Its dead easy just head down the 49 to leominster then turn right on the A44 then when you get to Crossgates stop at the garage/cafe you wont miss it its full of bikes, then we all turn right on the A483 up to Oswerstry an head up the A5 to Chester dead easy.
