so RAC arrives and takes one look at it and says FI light is on have to take it to dealers, under warranty ? no bike for at least a few days then need it back for next saturday for IAM course
read the fi light code and let us know what it is. - might be able to help sort it. http://homepages.slingshot.co.nz/~shanetp/Index_files/How%20to%20Read%20Your%20FI%20Light.pdf
model citizen my arse more like citizen smith lol, good to see ya mate, hopefully this is where summer begins
there is a way to read the codes yourself that what i do anyway on mine saves you taking it to the dealers anyway
their was no jct to mark ,over the bridge was the continuation of the road the straight on was the rct, we know its allways straight on unless being marked.
Did you lot go straight on at Bala or turn right cos i lost the pack there, went right for about 10 miles and turned round and went back Richie
You shouldn't have turned around we were waiting at the end of the road Sent from my HTC One X using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2
got up went out to try and read the codes after finding fault codes table in Haynes manual, thought just try it one more time and the feckkin thing fired up straight away, so as it is still under warranty I wil let the dealer have it back for curiosity sake, unless some one has an idea why ?
Could be fuel evaporation cos it's been running hot and it's sorted itself after it's cooled down, worth getting checked out anyway.
Did you get all the way to Aberystwyth then Dave? It was a touch too far for me and fuel light was on
