So... after alot of hassle via ebay, paypal and in the end i had to contact the guys mrs on facebook... Ive managed to get the Yoke i paid for about 5 weeks ago! Well... all i can say is that im glad its arrived and im glad its all in tact and brand new undamaged. So all worked out in the end. It feels like everything i order for this bike gets delayed or ends up a long wait lol. Its taken a year to get an exhaust, paintjob, new rear brake, cnc lever and a yoke. Pics! If it wasnt snowing/hailing i would have taken the bike outside for some pics. As soon as the weather improves the bike will back on the road looking better than it ever has! Was it worth all the waiting? YES, Yes it was
Looks very nice indeed, jw how did you know like everything would fit like exhausts, tail end, levers etc. I havent got a clue unless its got the make of me bike in the title. Was a big deal just buying a pair of renthals lmao.
Considering its "just another 125" it looks the mutts nuts! Where did you get the paint job done? Somewhere local?
That's absolutely gorgeous, deffo THEE best 125cc bike I've seen to date. Some real tasty mods on there and the paint is awesome, you should be proud of yourself
Cheers guys, yeah im finally out and about on her now, made up Having to keep the baffles in the cans though, its ridiculously loud without and defo going to get me pulled lol, i take them out on the odd afternoon for fun but not something the neighbours would appreciate at 11pm. Th e paint was done by the company i work for at our repair centre in Birmingham, so no its not local Also they only do work for insurance industry repairs so no public work, its a spot on paintjob tho, made up with it. I chose pretty expensive 'Ice Pearl' paint because the boss was paying lol Lots of the parts are one off's, custom or just made to fit... i had to have the exhaust made for the bike, it went back about 3 times lol, the levers had to be re-cnc'd locally, the top yoke was made for the bike in Korea, the seat was trimmed locally and some other bits ive just done myself like HID kit etc... Its actually quite fun having the challenge of making it custom as its not just off the shelf parts, so alot of the time your the first to do it. Hope to see some of you guys out and about in Southport while the weather is nice, saw a fellow NWB member on Sat at the sea front who was having a mider, not sure who it is on here tho but had a black and red Z1000?
I cant remember lol, he was from manchester i think, said he was playing the Tag game lol. Seemed like a top bloke, i started chatting to him as i say his NWB hoodie.
Yep. Definitely me. Good to see you back on the site. Your bike is excellent and sounded really well as you left. You need to get in on the tagging game lol
Haha I'm an A road kinda guy so even Manchester is a trek for me lol. Think I'm off the egg run of the weather is good so may see some of you there. Will keep my eyes peeled for NWB hoodies lol
