Tried watching league but its like touch rugby with tackling. Union may not be as fast but we have proper scrums, lineouts, set phases, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th phases. The ball is turned over as soon as the team makes an error. I used to play in 2nd division in South Africa when I was tough n ruthless but now im just rough n toothless!
To be honest mate I can watch either, I just prefer league over union. At one point I used to be a regular at Welford Rd, (Leicester Tigers). I do enjoy the Army v Navy too, that's a cracking day out not been for a while, a very messy day indeed lol. At least you still play mate, I haven't played since my Army days a good 10yrs ago now lol

To be honest mate I don't follow them anymore, but yes they were in the prem and champions. I lived there for a while so used to go with workmates. Army v Navy is a top day, plenty off beer and banter with the sausage jockeys, and we usually win too. Think they put it on sky sports too. Shame about the anckle mate, you could always try tag rugby as you call it lol
Tag rugby ha ha, although I did play for a touch rugby side down South a few years back. Wouldn't mind finding somewhere local that played touch rugby again, good for fitness and stress relief.
