im doing 20 laps at 3 sisters on tuesday and just see how it goes there, maybe oulton later in the year with it being closer to home... but oulton looks real serious man, fast too... gauge what sisters is like & go from there if i like it or not!

Not putting a downer on you wanting to do oulton but you have a restricted licence do you not? You can only go onto oulton with a full licence. Get round three sisters have some fun it's small and twisty so your bike is ideal

    Regarding Oulton Park:
Don't stress about needing a fast bike, racing lines or all the gear (wets, paddock stands etc); just get yourself to a trackday and try be first in line behind the instructor and follow/learn their lines.

Best going straight down the east lancs all the way to where the M6 goes over... jump on the A49 and follow it straight up to the circuit :)

I would do it if the weathers good. if its raining or been raining don't do it's a very greasy track
last thing you wanna do is bin it & be without transport

maximum liability £500 on a gixxer 600 L3... costs £240 for the day inclusive of fuel, tyre warmers, mechanical support in the pit and delivery to track.

    looks pretty good actually.

A lot cheaper than wrecking your own ride. Plus if the weather turns full wets will be fitted for you.

Only road legal bikes at three sisters.
Its billed as a charity rideout. Not a trackday.

I just want to highlight I have seen some bloody awful crashes at 3 sisters, although it's small don't let that fool you.
