not necessarily. if your used to using two fingers for braking it wont make a blind bit of difference to that hand. ive ridden to italy using short levers and didnt notice any increased fatigue on either of my hands. however. i just cant get on with the feel of the clutch lever ending by my 3rd finger, so im back on std length adjustables again.
