    Frature clinic today, all appears to be ok. Got to go back in four weeks to make sure the bones are fully healed then i can start the pyhsio.

    Yeah its feeling good, too good it seems. Doc told me to slow down and not to raise it above shoulder height, he asked me how it is and i said great look - an put my arm up, he said even though i can i shouldnt !
    Have to wait 4wk for the physio, im back to work in 2 though on light duties coz i cant afford to be off

    it'd look great on the side of your boots!

    agree with the take it easy.... the muscle has probably healed already and could pull the new bone apart again if you overdo it.
    at least you're ok in the head which is half the battle won tbh [​IMG]

    Cheers martin, its there for keeps unless there is a problem with it an muscle ? It looks like ive got a piece of string hanging off my shoulder !! Arms gone proper skinny lol

    yeh lol i hate that when you get a cast off and you look like a biaffran refugee underneath but dead hairy pubes all over your arm lol
    top tip for unreachable plaster cast itches - telescopic radio aerial = heaven

    Got the chance to strip the bike yesterday. So heres a couple of pics. .
    Forks and nose cone took the brunt of it.

    Theres a couple of slight scratches to the left side fairings which'll probably buff off.

    So now the plan is to pick up the forks from joe lee, panels repaired, new braided lines, strip clean and reseal calipers and fresh fluid. All funds permitting as work have bummed me, i was ok'd to have my 1st 2 week of as holidays but theyve not paid me. My manager has said someone upstairs or in wages said i cant have holidays while im on a sicknote ???? So im gonna have this week off then try to get into the docs next week for a fit to work form, work have said i can just do MOTs for time being.
