Bike has been sitting for a while

    Exactly as i understood it joe.
    Every policy that ive ever had allowed me to use any other vehicle not owned by me, but the owner must have a policy on it.
    This is why i asked.
    Cos lilday had no policy on the bike.

    It doesnt lads, i thought this. Then got it confirmed by the underwriters of Royal Sun Alliance RSA a huge mothafuckin company lol. One of the biggest in the world.

    Have yous got any proof or just what you think it is

    If thats the case than get it up here and I am goin to insure a small car and not insure mine and I am legal just put it in someone's name job done. But last time I got stopped for it the vehicle I was using had to be insured <br /><br />Sent from my GT-I9305<br /><br />

    Cant do that though.
    If a car is taxed but uninsured your liable for up to a £1000 fine from dvla.
    New rules from last year iirc.
    You have to sorn any uninsured vehicle.

    Yeah that law is CIE continuous insurance enforcement
    which applys to the registered keeper not you riding it for a one off like under your riding other bike extension

    the other car/bike is meant to be insured but its not on your head if its not

    You get stopped for no insurance and if the car is not insured your not plain and simple and it gets took off you and you get the 6 points and the owner too
