PCH was the same with his ZX10, sometimes your not meant to be on them. he finally got it sorted and binned it big style. fates trying to tell you something Daz. hope you get it sorted soon one way or the other :smurf:
Might be worth sending an official complaint (focusing on the danger element) to KTM direct. I'd go as high as you can and send it to the CEO direct, think the email address you need is; stefan.pierer@ktm.com. Kick off hard enough and at the right people they tend to get things sorted in a flash! Girl I work with had problems with her dell PC a few months back, got p*ssed off and emailed Michael Dell directly, within 3 days she had a brand spanker, top of the range with an apology note delivered to our work. ....worth a shot any road! Hope you get it sorted soon.
Talk about sending the details to the likes of mcn and bike trader, I'm sure it'll get dealt with quickly!
I'm just waiting on a call from Shaun the MD of KTM UK, he is speaking to the relevant people involved. To be fair Colwyn Bay have been awesome and they are driving this I've stayed well out if it all but I have complained that I haven bike for 3 weeks so I expect a loaner and its been hinted that I won't be paying the £165 for the first service which is good news  Sent from my HTC One X using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2
I hope KTM do more than that as compensation for allowing a dealer to be that poor! wouldn't want to be the garage that are gonna get billed for all this :O
