zzr400 zx6r engine swap

iv just got a zx6r f engine n just wunderin if ne 1 nows if it will fit in ma zzr frame.

 

tbh probably not but thats just wat i think
might be able to by making up your own engine brackets but its a hard job, got to get everythin lined up regarding chain etc right ball ache

 

k wel i can only try n see cant i n i work as a mechanic so should av the tools to do it . it should b good if it works out shoudnt it

 

make owt fit just means chopin loads and rearrangein alot lol

 

Anything, will fit anything, with a bit of modifacation.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

 

Aren't they very similar engines anyway

 

i myt ov jus got hold ov a zxr 400 rolling chassis to put the engine in so i myt b making zxr street fighter with it

 

Iv just got a ZX12R motor to put in my moped, hang on il just go and get a ZX12 eh. That way the chassis wont kill me and the brakes may stop me etc.

Seriously though, anything will fit with the right attitude.

I remember there was an article in PB years back with a blade engine in a FZR400...Also its quite common to see FZR750 engines in 400's...

My 750 has an 1100 motor fitted.
