You will defo need forward planning on a track .....you line up corner 2 by planning and executing the correct lines at corner 1 ...good luck with the heel plate

Oops that's the right one he wants a left ! .... Suppose he could just turn it over

Incidentally young josh. How are you judging the left side of the bike ? By being sat on it ? Or stood in front of it ? There's a difference

'was hoping to have it fitted by Saturday so my foot isn't dragging in the chain again!'

Doubt my right foot would be getting stuck in chain so obviously it's left hand side when sat on it haha ;)

    Owned me ??

Not a lot of riders know how to judge which is left or right on the bike ! You are correct it is as you sit on it !....but with you being young and erm well..... Erm..... Full of knowledge  I should have guessed you would have known

Can steel be confusing when buying second hand parts from a Euro seller.

"The way you turn is the side of the bike", is best as Josh says and Dave concedes he's right.

Quick update: All sorted now for saturday, took the piss to be fair but atleast now its safer to ride at Oulton, will feel more confident getting my foot in the right position to lean further :) will replace it with a proper heel plate & chain guard next year!

    :jawdrop:

Out of interest is the original heel plate underneath?

That looks as though it would do more harm than the chain :)

No the heel plate isnt underneath lol, should have noticed that before yesterday hahaha!
Nah Paul it has a safe edge all the way round pal, bent the metal all the way round the outside so there are no sharp edges, will do for now :p
