Z1000 2013 best oil?

    Right oil change time soon...

    I have got 2 different oils in mind that come with a K&N 303 power filter :p

    Oil is Silkolene Super 4 10w40 or Castrol Power 1 10w40

    Both are £35-£40 and both are 4ltr...

    Any both know whats he best to use or are they both much the same?

    Un opened for sale £25

    Using yamylube so it's not needed )

    I use johnsons myself.... gives my muscles a nice shine :p





    the bike however gets castrol power 1 :) lol
