Worked it out, and i think the best option for my yzf is to just street fighter it. It needs a new headlight, clocks, rear brake lever and an ignition barrel, i'm thinking i can get her up and running for around £200. If theres anyone on here that has any electrical knowlege id appreciate some tips, as i'm as thick as two short planks when it comes to wiring.

That's what I did with my crashed 600 Peter, just ran it without fairings etc. Looked shit but it got me to and from work and anywhere else . Kept an eye out for cheap fairings and some popped up, back to normal again!
Very basic electrical knowledge here, so I'll bow out there.
Oh and have some man points for thinking about the rebuild already :thumbsup: considering you only just binned :blackeye:.

Just have or download the yzf wiring diagram and I can attach the wires if you need me

I have clocks but I can't remember the mileage.

    About 18,000 I think.
