My mates bought a imported Yamaha XJR1300,now on the UK models doing the fork seals are easy as they only have adjustment on the tops,the imported models are fully adjustable so theres adjustment for rebound and damping,the question is how do we split them apart to do the seals the forks are standard right way up type forks
Hello mate, with what you discribe I'd presume they would split the same as standard cartridge forks. Crack the top off, remove internals then the damper cartridge bolt at the bottom.
