Hey everyone I'm hoping this is in the correct section & i'm hoping it's an easy one.

Been doing some digging to swapping my exhaust from the one I have now to something abit more throaty, which I was thinking decat the bike & happy days but this is a tough one as can't find the parts.

After a couple of hours of looking I have found that 03-05 r6 headers with some form of link pipe & a slip on can will do the trick once I have bent a pipe so the header doesnt catch the sump.

Where could I get a link pipe & how would I be able to mount a slip on to a link pipe & is there such a thing that exists?
How will the lamda sensor plug in?

Please tell me if I have missed anything & any advice would be great, think I have done to much digging & confused myself haha.

    Shaun

http://www.mtcexhausts.com/ - They should be able to make you a link pipe up.

I would imagine there will be a welded bung in the pipes, which the lambda sensor will screw into.

cheers for the replies I have dropped lilday a message

yeah I changed the can on mine about 7 months ago and its a tiny difference but nothing major, hopefully with r6 headers & a slip on for an r6 and find a way to mount it will have a nice note

I have now found a full arrow system which I am looking to get very soon, just trying to find somewhere that I can get one from, should give it more of a roar

Video is up, it is just 'processing'.

Where about in Cheshire are you? Welcome to see it in person if you want. I am going to J&S about 15:30 tomorrow.

It is the standard headers but he chops off the old lump of a pipe and welds on a new one.

    Sounds nice

Have you seen the arrow system in the flesh?? Looking to get myself one of them I think now, new headers, pipe & can with re removeable baffle

Not heard the arrow. There are probably videos on YouTube though.

If you're gonna get a full system try and find a titanium one - that will take a few KG from the bike as it is pretty heavy :(

The MTC has a baffle but mine is removed for now :D

Not too sure on the Arrow to be honest - I like having our exhaust really small underneath the engine. Sounds alright but I think the baffle is in in that video.

Yeah. I have seen YouTube vids of it, was just curious if heard proper :)

That one has the baffle out have found the titanium one & think I may go for that, I kind of like the exhaust coming up the side in all honesty, my headers look really battered as well so it's seeming like a good buy :p may order it in the morning haha
