Oreat guys bit better than chatting about waterproofs:sleep: ... got a cat and going to get her running a little smoother, getting a bit viberaty and not the smoothest ride at the minute, want to get her back nearer to how she'd be in the day. Im taking her in for the valve clearances and theyre going to strip and clean and balance the carbs. also thinking of maybe a jet kit for 120 they dont seem bad for a little power gain but mainly a bit smoother and steady through the range! Anybody got one on their bike? Also im gonna do oil new filter, new air filter plugs etc. Usual service bits, anybody got anything to add i could do whilst in doing few bits on her thatd be useful, was going to get a new one (i'll save that ddiscussion for a thread in futre) i'll keep the old girl for a bit longer . Cheers, Ste ...

I've got a dog he's only got 3 legs so he's running a bit rough to.

Any way I've just had that lot done on my R1 hammer n tongs dyno it to so it's set up correctly got nearly a 10 bhp increase. I'd look at giving the forks an oil change that probably need it by now you might as well get the seals done to it should only cost an extra 30 quid so worth doing.

Check your disk thickness to. Probably ok but worth checking as the bikes get older.
They should be stamped with something like 4 mm
