They are really cheap to buy http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DATA-MIGRATION-HARD-DRIVE-TRANSFER-CABLE-4-XBOX360-GRAY-/290453874480?pt=UK_VideoGames_VideoGameAccessories_VideoGameAccessories_JN&hash=item43a0666730
You plug it into the hard drive then save it onto a pc then back onto the new hard drive but make sure it compatible with the new xbox's. not to sure about the differences from buying an official one tho
I have an external HDD for my new Xbox. Can I put the data from my old Xbox HDD to that one? (It's formatted for Xbox usuage)
If you open up the HDD enclosure it is just a standard SATA drive so you can use a normal USB caddy if you have one, or if you have a spare drive bay in your laptop or computer just hook it up and it is ready to go.
Hello there. I have discovered how to do it now. I just need the cable. Anyone got one that I can borrow?
