I got a bit of an eBay bargain on a WP shock for the R1. Would like to have it regassed and new oil before I fit it. Can anywhere recommend where to send it? Only place I know is KAIS in Manchester, they quoted £80 + vat.. Is that reasonable or not? It's just oil and regas I'm after not a full service as it looks in good condition and shows no signs of leaking or anything. Cheers
two places round here are the dogs for suspension Kais (and that is a decent price) or Maxton in frodsham. Maxton make all their own stuff so may not be interested Nick and andy white at kais are Ohlins approved , do the BSB rounds and some WSBK racer, you wont go far wrong their White power is top stuff, you will pay for a decent job, if you want a cheap job just get a Gas cigarette lighter refill can and pop that in ! :blink:
if your nearer to kais id recommend them they are suspension gods in my opinion totally transformed two bikes ive had
