Willo's Acewell and Dominator headlight fitting job.

    Some of you may know Matt (Willo) wanted a wiring job done, so I did it for him, some piccys. Not that difficult, there was more of a problem getting the Temp sensor fitted into the thermostat, because the one supplied by Acewell was way to small. Matt did supply a collar, but it wasn't upto the job. I got Pete Alton to machine one for me from Steel then it was all done.
    Hope you enjoy it Matt, can't wait to see it with the fly screen on.

    Started off with the tank off and old headlight.

    Next port of call was the clocks had to come off

    Had to displace the handlebars, and knock the top yolk up to get at 2 bolts holding the clocks in :(

    Fitted the bars and yolk back up easy peasy :D

    Acewell and bracket fitted

    Headlight on

    The acid test, all wired up and running

    Had to also drill and tap out the rear sproket for the speed sensor, didn't get a pic of that tho.
    Anybody needs any wiring work done or has electrical probs with their ride, giz a shout!

    That bike looking good, can not wait till its finished and at the piper, so I can have a look at it

    Got to say tomo you are a superstar as I know this dragged on a but due to waiting for parts from acewell.
    If anyone needs any work doing tomo is your man cant recommend him enough.

    fazer I can't wait to get it finished nearly there now :) just need to get the end can cut down the other rearsets cut down and powdercoated the side panels and screen painted and then thats it for the time being :p until the suspension work starts
