My bikes been making a funny noise when it idles, It only does it sometimes. It sounds like its coming from the clutch cover. If I blip the throttle or slightly increase revs it goes away, It's done it since I got it, Just wondering if anyone knows what it is ? Video Below -

Oh well, I'm tired leave me alone - There is plenty of oil in it, I changed it myself and filled it to the Manual specifications. Have also checked the sight glass today, and it is fine. The noise isn't there all the time, Just sometimes.
Pal, i think what you have been experiencing is normal, every Honda i've had does a strange noise on idle with the clutch disengaged, my CBF600 currently has "clutch rattle" its normal for them, if its not got worse, i wouldnt worry :thumbsup:
Fuckin hell I thought the whining on mine was loud, that's like a telephone ringing. Probably the way it comes across in the video.
If you can hear whining whilst your bike idles my personal experience is that you need to rev it more to drown out your missus.
