As per title. Where can I get a chain and sprocket set for a Kwak er6-f today? Tried Orrell Park already.
Did you get sorted ? I've got an 09 Versys I'm breaking and there is a chain and rear sprocket left,done less than a thousand miles.Dunno if they are the same but if they'll fit all you would need is a rivet or split link.Was gonna keep it for a spare for my other Versys but it's yours for £20.You can have the front sprocket too if you can get the thing off .I'm in Prescot.
Thanks guys, it was for a mate, his chain is proper shagged (came off while he was riding.....this was AFTER a service!).....he's ordered a set from B&C and booked in to Orrell Park m/c to get it fitted next Friday.
To be honest mate, I wanted to get him to use Orrell Park M/C as they're a good bunch and a massive improvement on the local garage that was supposed to have serviced the bike. How the fook you can service a bike and not realise the chain is completely shagged is beyond me. Imagine you'd just paid someone to service your bike and then you're riding along and the chain comes off!? Apparently when he phoned the guy to tell him, he was like "....and?". I appreciate everyone should learn basic checks/maintenance and keep on top of stuff like chain/tyres/lights/oil etc, however you don't expect a garage to fook you over.
