So I'm still looking at the idea of doing a fork swap on the XJ6

Looking for some specific steering bearing sizes:

    Top set:
    30x47x12

    Bottom set:
    31x55x18

I've found a place in America (They want £31 for the bearings (seems a good price) but then another £25 for postage. Paying £56 for £31 bearings seems a bit mad.

Anybody know where in the UK I might source them? I've found some in China cheap as chips but steering bearings are something I don't want to do on the cheap.

    Tried and failed:
Simply Bearings (They have the top, but want £37 for them.)

Have you tried wemoto? Assuming you can tell them what bike the bearings would fit as standard...?

They don't fit any bike standard haha they're only used on fork conversions or air-conditioning units (mostly).

Loads of bearing suppliers out there and these seem pretty much stock sizes. Use thousands of bearings at work, only use SKF or Timken bearings. There are a lot of cheaper options but trust me you get what you pay for. We manufacture military and construction equipment transmissions and give long warranties on our products even for the most extreme conditions these go into.

Just be warned that the steering lock may not work because of the difference in ignition barrel and forks
