Wondered what everyone does to make a living!
Some seem to be able to go riding at the drop of a hat...others appear to struggle to plan in 3 weeks ahead!

    I'll start it off.

I'm an instrumentation/electrical engineer for a pharmacetical/vaccine company in Speke Liverpool.
I work 4 on 4 off so its always hit and miss if i can go for a ride!

I'm in IT. i'm a cisco network engineer specialising in IP Telephony.
i basically sit at home waiting for things to go wrong...if they dont....i dont do any work.

unfortunatly i have to be available at the drop of a hat during working hours so i cant just go out and play.
but i dont do much weekend or evening work.

Work in IT. basically a systems admin + sex slave.

Most of the time I'm sat here listening to people ask me stupid questions about how they downloaded a "video" now they get pop-ups all day long on their home PC.

Would love to have the money/time to take my CCNA exams. unfortunately my employer doesn't deem them "necessary"

I've mainly worked with HP Procurve equipment in windows environments, which isn't too shabby! but not really top spec or where I would like to be!

Pretty much the same setup here Falcon. Procurve are fairly powerful though, anything else here would be bordering on overkill.

Work for DSGi as a Sales Consultant/Advisor/Assistant (Whatever you want to call it) in Currys. Been working for the company for over 4 years now and must admit at being bored of it.

The pay isn't the best when you're not getting bonuses etc, but it's close to home so too comfortable I suppose. I deffo want another job.
