nice mate the thing with that model is they look the same as tdi or 1.8t so a little scrote wont know what to look for i:e interior brakes and so on
It's the funniest at a set of light because I have debadged it as well and it looks like a 1.8t. Cocks in 40 year old cars with more speaker power try and have me off. Next set of lights look at there face its hilarious.
i have had a golf gti turbo looked as oem as them come apart from a 4 motion exhaust and the alloys but it had had a gt28rs eleminator turbo porsche brakes forge front mount 460cc injectors and so on and it would spin up in 5th in the dry and for a laugh i went to blackpool to see what i could smoke all over the place
i think the best one would be get a ford ka drop a cossie engine in it as its the same as the fiesta and they take them make it look like its smahed through the window of halfords and go for a drive that would be fun
With enough work you can get any engine into any car, but the KA takes the Endura engine (an old, OLD Ford design). This is the same engine as was in the Fiesta and Escort RS Turbos so the easiest swap is for one of those engines. Putting a Pinto block in there (a Cossie engine) will require massive engineering and custom fabrication. Go google DJM Motorsport - they've done transverse and longitudinal Cosworth-engined KAs and have created some amazing things...
Did drive a punto sporting (which is now for sale in the market place) now have a bog standard fiesta Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
Got an astra diseasel. and a Mk7 Transit as the winter daily run about I keep thinking of buying a better more expensive motor - but there are still more bikes out there to be bought and tried.
make sure its after a 2002 as they suffered bad rear sub frame cracks have a good look at the boot to see if its been done and just look in the net for the things to look out for on it Sent from my GT-I9305
